Heat Experiences
A unique blend of heat experiences to relax and prepare your body and mind and gain maximum benefit from your treatment. Transcend physical boundaries and allow yourself to be indulged from head to toe as you relax in the warmth of the Hammam or sauna. Finally, relax in the spa pool. The Heat Experiences have been carefully designed with hot and cooling therapies to cleanse the body and aid relaxation.

   Providing a scented steam, environment to clear the senses

   A classic Sauna with a temperature of 80-100’C having a purifying effect on the body, improving the body’s circulation

• Rasul:
   Infused with aromatherapy and herbal extracts to enhance the complexion

• Spa opening hours are from 08:30 until 22:00

The Spa area is available for any guest over 18 years old

No Smoking:
The Spa is a non-smoking area

Daily Fees:
The spa facilities are complimentary for all hotel guests. 25 JD charge will be incurred for outside guests using the facilities. The charge will be waved for any purchase of a one hour treatment.

Bookings:
• Treatment bookings in advance are highly recommended to ensure the preferred time of the day.
• Bookings can not be confirmed or secured without credit card details.
• Group Bookings If booking spa treatments for a group please contact our Spa Guest Relations team three weeks in advance.

Cancellation Policy:
As a courtesy to our therapists and other clients please give us 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment, otherwise a CANCELLATION FEE of 100 % will be incurred for Treatments not cancelled at least 24 hours prior to Treatment time.

Mobile Phones:
We also ask you to switch your mobile phones off or on silent mode; any mobile phone call should be taken in the reception area only

Suitable Clothing:
As a courtesy to our guests, a proper swimming outfit should be used for the indoor spa facilities. Trousers and T shirt are not accepted in The Spa swimming pools or Jacuzzi
